|Judge Stephen Dawson|
In that in August 2012 did fail to pass an appropriate sentence on the former director for Greenwich Council for Racial Equality Makhan Bajwa and treasurer Hardev Singh Dillion, after they had stolen at least £47,910 from a Greenwich council funded charity, when he handed down just 12 months in prison, suspended for two years. The charity was forced into closure.
Did collaborate with an anti-British organisation and take part in the making of their video that works against the interests of the True British People.
Judge Dawson has doubted the value of prison sentences as a deterrent. He should be advised now, that when brought before a British People's court and found guilty, then he should consider a prison sentence inevitable.
